In 'STEP- 1' of the design process, Logo Design People will create 3-5
unique logo concepts (depending on
the package you have chosen) within 3 days of ordering. If you do
not like any of the concepts created
in 'Stage 1', we will start the process again and create another 3-5 concepts. 'Stage 1' can only be completed twice. After the 3 day period, only 1 of the logo concepts can be chosen. This must be done within 28 days of Logo Design People sending the concepts. After this time no refunds will be given.

we can make alterations. You are
allowed a maximum of 10
alterations. These can be defined
as change of colours, change of
type faces and sizes - not complete
re-designs. All alterations must be
made within 25 days of you
choosing a logo concept.
